What's not clear to me is why Alienware didn't take these particular systems set to meet the stricter guidelines by July i, but I frankly can't blame Alienware either. The good news is on July one, 2019, sales of PCs didn't stop in those states. And on July 1, 2021, when the 2d tier kicked in, most gaming PCs weren't banned—just a few Alienwares.
